    I have been using this pad since starting as a trainee sales executive! It really helps you ask the correct questions. There is always a risk you may miss out on vital information such as a mobile number or a certain feature the customer wants for a vehicle. VERY VERY USEFUL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

    The telephone pad gives you the basics of what you need when taking an enquiry, listening to the customer, gathering the information you actually need not what a DMS requests and to be more professional and importantly gain the appointment. Not only for new starters but for experienced consultants a like, highly recommend

    I am new to car sales industry, I have only been in about 1 month so it is all new to me being a trainee sales executive and this pad has helped me out a lot with a structure to getting all the details without sounding like I’m reading from a script. In the time I have had it and being so new it has helped get some of my first sales within the industry. Would highly recommend it to anyone whether you have just started or been in the industry years. 5 stars!!!
