WHAT DOES A TYPICAL WORKSHOP LOOK LIKE?
We start by ‘pre meet up’ telephone calls to help filter out and in suitable candidates for the role.
Once they have been selected, the candidates are then invited to a specific recruitment workshop to help the business , based on a number of team and individual exercise’s, and presentation skills to the Group.
We would normally have around 15- 18 potential candidates per session with primary decisions made on who would work well for your business.
