Each dealer visits consists of a 3 stage approach. First breaking down a consultation to fully understand the business needs before moving into tailored strategy with ongoing support.

We begin with a site visit that allows me to fully understand the foundations already in place and connect with the dealer manager and their team.

Tailored Strategy

From there, we’ll map out what the msot pressing concerns are and build a roadmap of the most effective strategies, whether that be sales workshops, hiring and retaining staff or more.
